Easy onboarding
We agree the profit-sharing model, handle the paperwork and get the property guest-ready. If it needs furnishing, we can supply everything on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Guests arrive, we run everything
Bookings, screening, check-in, housekeeping, linen, maintenance and guest communication. Corporate contractors pay before arrival, so there's no rent to chase.

You get paid
A clear monthly statement and a direct bank transfer. Your property stays well maintained and occupied, and your involvement stays at zero.
